is this new to ebay ,as i cant send any more money through pay pal ,and it also says u have to verify your bank and something about direct debit im not sure as ive never had this problem befor is there any ebay boffins on here please

you have sending & receiving limits unless you've added a bank account, sometimes a debit card / direct debit too I think.

You can receive more than you can send I think, which means you can end up with money in your account you can't spend!

It's on a 12 month basis - for example, mine was august - august until i verfied everything, now I have no limits on use.
