How do I go about arranging a courier?

I've bought some Aspace bunk beds and need to arrange a courier to collect them... how do I go about it?

How big are they - a lot of couriers won't transport anything bigger than 1 metre long without it getting very costly. Where are they? Could you go fetch them in a van? Hiring a van for a day can cost as little as £30. Couriering large items of furniture rarely costs less than £100

However I use parcel2go as a service provider and they should be able to suggest someone.
