Can anyone please advise me wrt reserve prices?

I'm trying to list a bundle on ebay and add a starting price of 99p with a reserve of £20 but it keeps telling me (in red, so I must be in trouble! ) to add a reserve price of at least £50

I've scoured the help and FAQ pages and can't figure out why this is, can anyone help please?

not sure really but it is, can't you just start at £19.99?

yeah could do, was just hoping to lure more people in with a lower starting price
