Does anyone know if I can leave feedback on ebay - negative - if I have opened a dispute against a seller.
I was warning the seller that I was going to leave feedback for them as they won't settle over a dispute or not.
I was giving them fair notice.
They say I can't leave feedback if the dispute is open. Is this correct or not ?
