Personal comment on Negative feedback

Never had to leave a neg before but the seller is being an arse and not willing to resolve so I'm going to.

I just wrote it out including the words 'unhelpful seller' then it takes you to a checklist and you have to say you haven't put a personal comment. I just wanted to make sure that 'unhelpful' didn't constitute personal.

Of course it doesn't.

Personal means

fat bastard or referring to children etc

Now, if you put 'unhelpful wanker' ebay may say something
