combined postage for multiple purchases......how?

I have sold two of my items to the same buyer and need to combine the postage and send an invoice/payment details for the combined amount. How do I do this?

when you send the invoice it will allow you to amend the postage

she paid for both at the full postage price for the individual items before I could send an invoice!

you can still give partial refund [thru paypal] if you wish to, or leave it as it is.

oh right; I never thought about a refund.
