buyer isnt happen with an item ive sold.ive offered a refund but am i right in thinking i only refund winning bid not total including postage?ive got a head cold and cant think straight and this is last thing i need!grr ebay.

you refund the total amount they paid ie item price + p&P.
They should return the item first

if the item isn't as described then although you are not obliged to, it is right to pay for her return postage. You can tell her that once you have received the item and checked it you will issue a refund plus a refund for her return postage
