I saw a listing with a local address. I asked if I could pick up if I bought, got a message back saying fine. The auction ended 4 days ago. I bought the item quite (but not massively) cheaply and paid at once, sending a message asking when I could collect. I haven't had a reply - I've sent 3 messages and still nothing. It's a powerseller with OK feedback, obviously a business, not an individual who might be on holiday. Getting twitchy. WWYD?

I wouldn't worry-a power seller is probably a bit different.
I would send another email saying that you need it urgently, could you pick it up on xxxx and what time would suit?

yes, just drop them another email.
might be hoping you will be able to collect this w/end

On second thoughts I think I would say 'I will pick it up at 4pm on Saturday, email me if this isn't convenient'.

That would be great - if I had the address!

I've just requested contact details, in the hope that it might chivvy the seller into action.
