What's the best thing to do if you buy something off Ebay and it doesn't arrive?

I have contacted the seller twice to say the 2 things I bought (separately) haven't turned up.

1st time seller asked me to wait another week to see if it turned up. Fair enough.
2nd time seller asked for my address and said he would chase it up.

Not heard anything since.

I've submitted a resolution request to Ebay by email. Is there anything else I should do?
Do I need to request a refund through paypal or anything?

did you pay by paypal? open up a dispute for each, and make sure you then escalate them both to a CLAIM. The seller then has to provide your item or you will get a full refund. Sellers have 7 days to post items out to you, so you have waited long enough.
