i did not contact ebay, they contacted me because i had left a low score for description not being right, they were very concerned and asked me why and then gave me £20 voucher to say sorry for having bad a experience ( their words not mine, i was very impressed ), so in my opion they don't like you to have a bad experience and will help

If you are a buyer, they tend to help you & bend over backwards. if its as a seller, you will probably get nowhere lol
