question about non listing fees at the moment and listing via turbo lister

I am trying to list via turbolister - it seems to be saying the fees are the rates they would normally be without the free insertion prices. Does anyone know if I will be charged these fees or is it just that it is not sophisticated enough to know about the no fees deal on at the moment? Thanks

this has happened in the past re TL and offers. usually, if you check your seller account you will see that you have only been billed the promotional rate.
