How do I respond to feedback

Got a neutral today and it said items were stained and it wasnt mentioned!

Now without being funny this was 5 Next outfits and I mentioned that the waist on one set was large and I know they didnt have stains on them (am very fussy about stains/marking on clothes) tbh the thing that has bigged me is she won the sets for £3 (doesnt bother me I wanted them gone) but no email etc to say unhappy or chance to resolve so wanted to add a note onto feedback saying that I didnt have a chance to resolve any issue (and am so bothered about stain mark as I know the items were fine)

What a cow! Maybe say something along the lines of you not knowing there were stains, would have resolved if she had contacted you. Then block the bitch

I would respond by a neutral as well and say "Very odd, as items were immaculate when sent with NO stains".

There is no way that feedback can be removed after it is posted AKAIK, so even if the buyer wanted to retract they couldn't, so you won't be able to get rid of it. I would just reply with the truth.

Something like 'No contact from seller prior to leaving feedback. Items were sent in perfect condition.'

*Buyer, I mean.

thanks for your help, sadly I leave feedback as soon as items posted (feel that as a seller I should leave feedback first) and bummer that you can only leave positive or no feedback to buyers now. DH reckons no point responding as its tit for tat but I have never had anything but positives before so its annoyed me!
