Have you ever blocked someone from bidding/ been blocked yourself?

I'm just curious, because I've blocked someone I don't like from bidding on my stuff - again - and she keeps trying. She's no real reason to be malicious about it but I just wish she'd stop messaging me and go away.

Can anyone tell me what it says when you are blocked? Is it subtle or is it more like 'Flight thinks you are a cow so bugger orf'.

And how can I get her to, well, bugger orf?
