Does anyone have a paypal top up card? If so...

Can you tell me how long it can take for a top up a post office to go on please, as i thoght it was instant but its still not on.

Hiya, they say it takes 1 day from post office and paypal account but instant from pay point.
I topped my card up with paypal (you'd honestly think it would be instant from pp acc but hey ho) at 11am and it didn't go on until 4pm!!! HTH
