I just sold an item, but it says my item is available to second chance offer?

What does this mean? Does it mean my buyer isn't buying or has pulled out?

if so don't I get an email from that winning bidder to say so?

All it says in my ebay, is that so an so has won it, click here to send invoice. Which I have done.

It's just there incase the buyer drops out or doesn't pay. Don't panic it doesn't mean that your buyer has pulled out

oh ok, is this a new thing then ( albeit prob not new cos it's about 2 yrs since i sold on ebay!!)

I once used it when I had 2 of the same dvd's for sale. Rather than listing them separately, I sold one then second chance offered the other one to the second highest bidder
