Sold a top and the buyer contacted me to say she was disappointed as it had stains and a hole in it.
Faint stains were possible but I hadn't noticed them and certainly not a hole. She dropped in the fact that she thought she would contact before she left feedback.
I emailed back to ask what she thought would be most appropriate- partial refund, return or full refund. Nothing.
I emailed to say I would be away for a few days but was still willing to do what she preferred.
Emailed when I got back again but again no response.
They could be holiday. Should I just refund and be done with it, it's only £3.50 or summat.
Just annoying.
