Sounds like a phishing email to me. Is the email addressed to your name?

Ladygooga · 21/07/2009 15:37

Wuxiapian · 21/07/2009 15:38

There's this on yahoo answers

It's all so confusing.

The bank couldn't tell me anything.

Do I "add a new account" in Paypal, then, do you think?

The answers are all a bit confusing aren't they. I have no idea. I would check with paypal whether it's genuine.

I had this too. It can't be phishing as there is no link to click. I just readded my bank account to my Paypal acc and hopefully that will sort it. My debit card is my backup payment option anyway.
