Is this dodgy?

I have a relatively low price item on Ebay (£25) I have had a buyer who is registered in the Czech Republic contact me and ask if they can buy it (I have blocked non UK bidders) and then send it to London. They only have 1 feedback. I'm just a bit dubious, am I being over cautious?

Sounds dodgy. I wouldn't do it.

Don't think I would as you would have no protection if the postage address isn't teh one that is linked to ebay (or maybe paypal?) account.

Just reiterate that you don't want to sell out of the UK.

But if they pay you first, what is the problem?

PerfectPrefect · 15/06/2009 22:33

he problem is that they raise a PayPal dispute for non -receipt of item. Paypal find in favour of buyer because the item wasn't dispatched to registered address. Buy gets item AND refund. Seller loses both.

Thanks glad I'm not being paranoid. It was the PayPal registerd address thing that was putting me off.
