Yes, I usually wait a week, then I send a nice email and say "your item is ready to be posted, please let me know if you intend to complete the transaction" (kind of nice but with a barb...) I usually find that spurs them into action....

Yes 7 days.
After 4 or 5 days I send email saying 'your item is packed and ready to be posted I am just waiting for your payment' If no reply by 7 days then I start dispute.
I had late payers too!

if i bid and win an item i pay straight away if watching, if not the next day. Don't understand why people don't!! v annoying
