Anyone else having a problem with Paypal???

I am trying to pay for 2 items purchased from Ebay.
Paypal just will not load up at all, I go from the invoice to "pay now" and it just sticks.
Have emailed both sellers to let them know, just wondered if this is a problem others are having?
Or is it my Laptop?
Or has DH blocked paypal to curb my Ebay habit?

just logged on to my paypal account with no problems..
