Still haven't received my item.

Hey,

I won and paid for an outfit for my ds on the 21st of May. I emailed the seller last week and got a reply on the 28th May saying the item was on its way to me. I still don't have it but after looking at the sellers feedback today i notice someone else has had the same problem as me. So i have opened a PP dispute but the seller has not replied to me, i have not heard anything from the 28th.
What can i do? Will i just have to wait and see?

you can request contact details Holly from ebay and ask for a phone number for them too. It seems to be their first negative so maybe something's happened?

O great Maxy, can't wait for the clothes. I should maybe take this as a sign that i need to stop buying him clothes, maybe someone trying to tell me something.
Yeah i put the seller into goofbay.com and saw that she had quite a few items ending on the day that outfit finished, and there are no + feedback left for any of them yet either, so there must be a problem. She did email me saying it was on its way though. Boo! It looks so cute too!

I buy most of it from Ebay though because it is so expensive elsewhere, and washes so well it always looks new. Try it :D.

The seller does have a negative today and her other feedback as a seller are quite tame - some are just 'good' and 'thanks' which reading between the lines to me means that the buyer isn't that happy but not really enough to leave a negative.
I'd escalate the dispute to a claim.

Some changes on feedback today though, looks like she has sent some items out. I escalated to a claim yesterday though.

I got it. The trousers and shirt have orange stains though, but I've had no reply about that either so i wont hold my breath. I left a neg feedback though because i got it for my brothers birthday, and didn't have it in time, and then when it came he wouldn't have been able to wear it anyway!

well in pic no signs of orange stains could it have come off packaging or happened along its journey to you if so can take it up with royal mail

You can't see the shirt in the pic, it is inside the coat. But it is food or some sort, it is around the collar. On the trousers it is on the leg above the knee, i can't see it on the pic, cause i am on a notebook. But it said excellent condition and that is why i purchased it for a birthday, so i didn't expect big staining. It is white though so i guess i could use bleach to get them out if we have another special occasion before he outgrows.

if it's tomato stains leave it in the sun for a couple of days.

Thanks Warthog, i will try that.. when we get sun again. Does it just take the colour out?

i hope you can get it nice and clean and put in a paypal dispute for item not as described first maybe they will refund
