i bid for item x on ebay and won it, the item did not specify collection only otherwise i wouldnt have bid, it atually had box say 0.00 p and p which she denies. She then charged a substantial amount to post it, then some how, not sure exactly, she sent the item to my parents address - no other seller has done this. part of me is tempted to leave neg feedback, or is just incompetent?

surely she could only have sent it to your parents address if that is the address registered with paypal?

but no my paypal address is where i live and all other parcels go there, very confused

Maybe you have your parents address down as your ebay address, or you used their account to buy the item?

You should still be able to view the auction page and see if the postage was free (it might have been as it would be free to collect), and if she said collection only. It is possible she changed the P&P if she had no bidders, and you may not have noticed in between reading and bidding IYSWIM?
