Urgent advice needed re. ebay removing an item from sale?

Am selling loads of items on ebay at the moment and was really excited as ds' bike was set to get an excellent price when ebay suddenly removed it (with less than an hour to go). I didn't realise that you couldn't put "as new" in the title. Anyway, its obviously my fault but am pretty hacked off that I have just lost upwards of £60.00 and have re-listed and have to go through the whole process again for another 3-5 days. The only problem is that I have noticed that about 5 other items have also got the same "as new" on them. I have tried to edit them but it doesnt seem to let me edit the title! Does anyone have any experience of this or know what I can do? Or do I have to wait until the items get pulled (with all those lovely bids going to waste?) and start again on each one?

had no idea about this either, sorry can't help but know when i've tried asking ebay something in past it's v hard to get human contact. Is there a way of contacting your bidders; maybe put a 'buy it now' price on for the bid you were happy with so they can get it immediately it's relisted if it has to be done?

thanks danceaway .. just relisted the bike and did as you suggested - put a buy it now price of £70 and it has gone already! They wipe the whole information off though so you can't seem to see or contact your previous bidders. I have about 4 more likely to get pulled ... I can't believe they don't pull them off when you first list .. rather than let you wait until the very end. I guess they get 2 listing fees this way!

ah so does that mean I have a chance with the other items? Ive 1 more item due to end today and 3 others in a couple of days. The others are all ok ... they don't say "as new".
