paypal - email to say my account has been suspended ring this number , do i ?????

I just recieved email saying my account has been suspended and to ring a security number with ref given in email.
It says because of too many log in attempte and i have been previously notified ??
This is the first email i have had to my knowledge.
I just tried to log in and it let me in fine everything seems ok.
Do i ignore ?
It says if i ignore they will suspend my account for fraud

That sounds like a phishing spam email to me. I'd bin it

Send it with full headers to [email protected] and they will let you know if its from them.

send the email to [email protected] they will confirm if it is real or bogus.
