Fist was told will post in 2 days after auction as am working overtime, so I thought fine.

Then was told (a week later) sorry have just realised a bit is missing so will post out and refund some of money so fair enough bit would be cheap enough to replace anyway, never got refund but was told item would would be posted and refund of £5 given asap again fine.

THEN 2 days ago sorry ahve'nt posted yet decided to order spare part form Ebay so will post when I get it should be at latest Friday.

ARGH I bought it as I really am desperate for item and feel like am waiting forevere and it's just taking this piss, I mean it does'nt take 2 weeks to notice something is missing and it is quite a vital part FFS.

Am I being over sensitive here?

Well no but hey we are all human maybe he/she is just really dam busy life rolling around eBay.
Ask for a refund and buy elsewhere if you need it that badly.

Nah I'd be pretty peed off, sounds strange to me?? Maybe i am too suspicious!

Bucharest · 06/05/2009 10:24

Sounds well dodgy to me. What is item? What's their f/b like?

mamadiva · 06/05/2009 10:30

It is an old mobile, mine broke and needed a cheapo replacement fast.

I won on the 24th of April but now it has'nt been posted as the charger was not there when she went post I'm not too worried thoug as feedback is 99.5% with 1 neg out of 205 and that is for a car.

I think it is a genuine mistake I'm just annoyed because I pad for the bloomin thing in the hope that I'd get it soon so for the last 2 weeks I have been waiting and waiting for this phone!!!

I emailed the lady earlier but I think it might have sounded worse than I meant it too

< it was on a rather contentious and subsequently deleted thread...taps side of nose knowingly.....>

Hope you get your phone...

sazm · 09/05/2009 22:55

how was it £35 postage for a phone??is that not a bit steep?

Tortoise · 09/05/2009 22:59

£35 postage for a phone? When i listed a phone recently i couldn't charge more than £7.
Ask them to give them item number of the replacement part to prove they have purchased it!

Pannacotta · 09/05/2009 22:59

I agree with sazm, £35 p&p for a phone is daylight robbery.
And the seller sounds a bit dodgy to me, I'd ask for a full refund and if no luck then issue a paypal non-receipt claim (or whatever its called).

Yurtgirl · 09/05/2009 23:00

My new phone cost less than that!

very annoying having to wait though

mamadiva · 11/05/2009 03:31

Was me being a pain and wanting a decent phone I guess.

It's the sony ericsson K750i which I had when it came out in 2005 and loved but it got stole , anyway wanted to get that one again as my crappy samsung is yet again bust and am just sick of the bloody phone.

It was £28.50 for the phone and £6 or something postage.

Have had replies to all my messages and god knows how many apologies along with the good feedback I just assumed she would be genuine has this happened to anyone else?

Mamadiva that's not £35 postage! That's £35 postage with a free phone!!

Anyway, she is taking the piss, you need to demand a refund NOW at once so you can buy another phone.

Seriously anyone who is prepared to muck you about this long doesn't deserve your patience. If she won't refund, suggest she relists it - sellers have 7 days to post items - and start a paypal dispute.

She can't neg you but you sure can neg her.

WTF would be my thinking. Good luck!
(Have got k800i and the camera is ace!)

missylou · 11/05/2009 08:32

InternationalFlight · 11/05/2009 08:34
