Nutty seller ignoring me ...

Bought a buggy, collection.

Was going to meet them locally, I was goingto the 'meetingplace' ages ago so emailed to ask if we could meet that day.

No reply, fair enough musn't got mail.

Email again few days after to ask if i could PP and they drop it at my mums (they live round corner from her)

No reply.

Then I get snappy email about no communication and non-payment and they will relist in 48 hrs

I email AGAIN and say I have emailed, I willpay through paypal just waiting for a payment to clear,

she replies,ok and we will drop it off.

Next day I get 'non paying bidder dispute?!?

So I pay immediatly ask when they can drop off.

Heard nothing for 4 days!!

They gave me mobile number and haven't replied to txt either.

Hmmm, they sound a bit unreasonable. Always make sure you reply to emails through Ebay. If you reply to the messages you get though your email system they might not get picked up (I've found).

At least you know where they are. I'd tell them you are coming round to collect the buggy and for them to leave it out for you (somewhere safe obv.), if they are not going to be in...

pull their details from Ebay and go round and fetch it.

Ive gotten their details from ebay but it doesn't have their adress just the city we live in and the phone number I already have which they are ignoring txts to,

disenchanted have you contacted them via ebay? if so ebay ought to have a record of any messages you've sent them

I Once had a problem as I was having awful spam issues with my e-mail so had blocked anyone who wasn't on my friends list. messages via ebay got to me, but some that people had sent direct to my e-mail address didn;t which meant I had a very cross buyer who thought I was ignoring them!

anyway, I would pay immediately by paypal. that will stop the non-paying bidder thing. then try and arrange collection

To request your seller's contact information:

Click the "Advanced Search" link at the top of most eBay pages.

Yes Mary, I did that but it gives no more info than i already have, no specific adress just area.

I paid days ago, 5 days now but no contact from them, i have emailed through ebay yes.

Should i give them neutral FB? theyve been very odd and rude
