should i care? it looks new. DD won't mind. but is it a principle thing? how should i give feedback?

Are the tags still on?

Does it have the tags on as BNWT stands for brand new with tags. If not, I would email the seller and say you are unhappy as product is not as advertised.

yes the tag is on but safety pinned. probably was when new i think. it isn't as advertised and i probably wouldn't have bid so high had i known it wasn't brand new. but don't like hassle and DD will like it.

You can complain about it although youhave no proof it has been washed, they may have just sprayed it with fabric freshener or something.

If you did complain then the most likely outcome is that the seller says ok send it back for a refund. The big question then is do you want it or not, you can either have it as is or have the money.... I would say it depends on how much dd will want it!

If you are sure it isn't new (could just have been stored with clean washing!) then I would offer the seller a choice between giving you a partial refund and getting neutral feedback.

If you are happy with it and the condition is as new, I wouldnt complain or give anything other than positive feedback.

The reason I say this because I recently sold some NWT items and sprayed them with fabric condition before posting because they had been stored in an old suitcase for a while.

Does that make the items any less desirable? In the end, if people want shop quality clothing, go to a shop and buy from there. The items I sold went for a couple of quid (much less than the RRP) so I don't think people can complain.

i would leave posotive, and email seller saying you thought it had been washed but are letting it go.

If you are happy with it, I would send a polite note to the seller. Depending on the outcome of the discussion I would leave a note in feedback stating the facts.
