the item was sold with a defect, clearly eplained and photo's offered..i took great care in getting it to her only to be emailed saying its marked and pulled ALL OVER!!..which it was not!..cut tot he chase, paypal contacted me, i said no refund as already stated in my listing plus she didnt ask for the photos or contact me prior to buying, they come back tonight to say theyve said she CAAN have refund and have told her to send it back to me!!!!!!...firstly, I havent agreed toa refund and THEY havent even seen the bloody dress, previously or now, so how can they sauggest IM lying!??..secondly, i have not authorised them to give out my address, surely theyre in breach of data protection???..i WILL NOT pay this amount and be left with a now damaged beyond repair dress..what can i do now??
