Presumably it is a business, even if secondhand stuff? Why?

mummc2 · 06/04/2009 21:24

she may have twins?????

Lilyloo · 06/04/2009 21:36

Could be twins yes!
She does say she isn't a business hula and has great feedback. Just surprised that a little girl could wear so many shoes in same size tbh
Although think my dd would probably give it a good go

I bet Suri has double that amount!

crokky · 06/04/2009 21:47

Looks like there are about 15 pairs - how old is a girl who wears that size - aged 3 maybe? 4 maybe? I should think the woman has a major shoe habit and loads of cash! If her DD has been that size for a while, I'm sure the child could wear them - 15 pairs using a different pair every day would only take 2 weeks and a day to wear them all!

Perhaps my DS is a bit deprived - he has only ever had one lot of shoes in each size!

Lilyloo · 06/04/2009 21:51

Maybe it's me being tight then, dd would love to have a different pair of shoes for every day i guess

Yes, saw that bit after. Although some are different sizes - 7-9, and if you look they are different styles and colours on the whoe. She only mentions one daughter so I doubt twins. I reckon it is a mum who just buys too much! Mind, she may have atcually bought from ebay int he first place. Some of the shoes def look worn.

Have to say that my DD has a number of different shoes, boots sandals in same size. Althugh they are not all named nrands, etc.

purpleduck · 06/04/2009 21:54

um...
I have just cleaned out our shoe cupboard, and our dc's have an embarassing amount of shoes.

BUT BUT!!!!
They get pocket money, and they have bought their own shoes they have wanted (not needed)

Still...

LittleMissBliss · 06/04/2009 21:57

If you have a look at her profile she buys some of the shoes on e-bay new.

So i guess by the time she's bought, then sold them all 6 pairs of shoes cost the equivalen(sp) of maybe two pairs new? So she can afford to buy lots of pairs. Same with clothes.

LittleMissBliss · 06/04/2009 21:59

i mean feedback not profile too much time on mumsnet.

and equivalnet

TheCrackFox · 06/04/2009 22:04

Twin? More like quads!

I have 2 boys and I reckon I have saved a fortune because boys shoes are so dull. I can easily imagine how the whole shoe thing could spiral out of control.

FluffyBunnyGoneBad · 06/04/2009 22:06

They are different sizes, maybe she's been stockpiling them for a few years and is having a clear out?

Lilyloo · 06/04/2009 22:08

Especially Lelli Kellys that advert and song dd knows off by heart ! Drives me insane!

Lelli kelly are shite! They look horrid and have to give something away to sell them.
