Refund from the seller into my paypal account is now on "temporary hold"??

I don't understand this. I got a refund for an item I sent back. When I looked at paypal, it is showing first as completed and them it is debited from my account by paypal and is showing as temporary hold. I have read the little blurb in the "details" bit but I don't understand it. Anybody know why I haven't got my money?

No-one can help with this?

was the original payment bank funded? if yes, then it wont clear back until the funds have cleared from the bank

Yes, it came from my bank when I paid them. I think I understand now. It is taking a while though.
