Seller advertised "childs ski mittens 2-3 years" but I received babies age 1 mittens. Seller neglected to mention the age 1 label inside the mittens and says that because they fit her 3 year-old dd she was justified in listing as 2-3 yrs. Seller is offering refund for the item but not postage. Am I being unreasonable to expect the seller to refund the postage too? It's not the money it's the principle! Help!

She is wrong.

open up a dispute and you will get a full refund inc p&p

She should refund postage, including your postage back to her as well. You are in the right, and if you have Paypalled, they will find on your behalf and refund the whole amount. You might have trouble getting the postage back to her refunded though.

Thanks for your advice, both of you. I sometimes think that being at home so much with little ones muddles my brain and I was worried I was being unreasonable. I have asked for a refund of the item plus postage both ways but as you say Pfft, postage back may be hard to get.

you will need to return them for paypal to issue a refund so make sure you return them by trackable means
