If you get a new VISA card number do you have to re-register with Paypal?

Was just about to pay for an item when I remembered that my VISA card number has changed. Is there some way I can change the details of the card or do I have to start from scratch and re-register?

I think I just amended my card details.

I would like to know this too. I tried to change my card details a few weeks ago but couldn't work out how to do it and ended up registering again - with a different email address - there must be an easier way than that though!

There is an option within your profile "Add or remove card". So, you can add your new card and delete the old one.

When you register a new card, PayPal have a system where they call you within a few minutes on the home phone number they hold for you, in order to verify it. It is then up and running straight away.
