Feel crap and now buyer says not received anything....

sold a bunch of baby girl clothes on 26th Feb and posted it first class on the 27th Feb. Now buyer says still not received anything!
i have receipt of postage - what do I do/say to them?

I think unfortunately you will have to refund her and claim back from RM.

Has she checked with her local sorting office ?

I had this once with a phone I sold. The guy just seemed dodgy and he said it had never been received. I said I would refund if he were prepared to sign the RM claim form and return to me at my expense.
