Sold a lego set, and expensive starwars one,

Lego and mini figures to match,

The guy emails us saying it arrived (was sent signed for to make sure) but he says the mini figs arent there?!

He says the box wasn't securely taped up, it was!

He says the bottom had no tape, looked tampered with an there was an empty clear bag with no figures?!?!

they were there!

We have signed for recipt.

DH said it sounds like its been tampered with and he will claim from royal mail, £36 and refund him this.

But the guy wants to return it and get full refund!!

The moneys gone

I think he just wanted the figures, jhas taken them and now is trying to get full money back!

what do I do??

send him your proof of postage.(keep a copy)
let him claim from royal mail.

He doesnt want to do that though

the £36 from royal mail would cover the figs.

but he just wants full refund and to return the rest of the lego!

I agree, you have no proof it happened in transit. Just email him that you are happy to send him the proof if he wants to claim from royal mail.

He doesn't have the right to demand a full refund though. He can't prove it is your fault. It sounds like it is Royal Mails fault so his claim is against them.
