How do i get my money back?

I paid £33 for a radio 3 weeks ago and it was supposed to be delivered my recorded delivery, which is why i ordered it, i am impatient

But 3 weeks on, 3 emails later, i still have no radio, nor do i even have a reply to my emails

so i would like to start the proceedings to get my money back, i have tried to be reasonable and give the sender a chance but they havent even bothered replying to me

open a dispute for item not received

How do i actually do that? I have never had to before, i have looked around paypal but can't find the place to do it.

You do it on Ebay forst IIRC. Go to the help bit and type 'item not received' and that will give you all the information.

you can also go into items won go to that item right click and list of option come up and says report problem and you can start there
