Question re paypal! pls help

buyer bought an item from me, already told her shipping to EU is P & P plus extra £1.50 she misread or sthing, only paid £1.50 as postage. i emailed her and shes willing to recify the mistake.

I want to ask, can i cancel the original payment, refund her then get her to pay me the correct amount again? my question is, paypal charged a small sum of money when u recieved a payment..is that money they charged can be cancelled too?

you can refund and all fees will be adjusted etc.
send another invoice with correct amount on and then when she pays by paypal only appropriate fees charged for that one payment will occur.

if you refund rather than 'send payment' you get fees back
