Is there a way to list to offer to sell worldwide without having to specify the postage?

Hiya!!

you can't just exclude Italy (for eg) I'm afraid. If I recall correctly you can exclude Ireland, France and Germany, choose one or two of them or simply have all Europe. You also have the choice of Americas and Asia and of course an overall 'Worldwide'

There is no straightforward answer to signed for etc. Best thing to do is read up all the options on the RM website and see which would suit you. I had a good chat with my sub-postmaster which helped. Some signed for only cover while the parcel is still in the UK.

Getting back to preferences I only allow Australia in the Asia section. Anytime I have had potential-buyers from other parts of Asia ask if they can bid I have either refused or accepted (and then regretted it)
