Bought a maclaren BNIB on Wednesday night £180 so quite a bit of money for me. seller wasn't happy to arrange courier for this week, but eventually agreed after i said if she couldn't i would need a refund. (i am going on holiday wednesday first thing, so need pushchair by this tuesday)

anyway finally emailed me 24hrs later saying that she had booked courier for friday but doubted that they would come (because of snow) but would stay in all day anyway (????} heard nothing since. i know im being impatient would you expect a reply in 48hrs tho to tell you whats happening. im just so annoyed i have sold my maclaren and have no decent pushchair for my hols. and no idea where my one is

just needed to get it off my chest really

It is annoying when there is lack of communications through ebay. I too have purchased stuff recently off ebay and there are delays in parts of the UK due to the weather. Sometimes it is out of the hands of the seller whether or not a collection can occur. most couriers do not give a window of collection time, but inform you it will be within normal working hours ie 9-5. It is up to you to stay in and await them, or go to the depot yourself which could be miles away. Maybe the seller works shifts and doesn't check their emails regularly enough to satisfy your urgent-ness of this situation. Is there any way to phone the seller? What P&P conditions were there on the listing - eg post within 3-5 days etc? What is their normal feedback? Did you check this before placing your bid? Have you any reason to suspect the seller has bad practices?

no i don't at all, has good feedback and sounds just like a normal mum like me. dispatch time was two working days. i don't mind if it hasn't been collected just want to KNOW!!!! she knows im waitig to know, she knows i need it urgently so if that was me i would try and check messages at least once a day?

i have requested her tel.no. now from ebay so that i can contact. i am of course disappointed that i won't have it for my holiday but i am more concerned what will happen to undeliverable parcel once we are away, and i just want her to let me know.
