I bought a pushchair last night on ebay and was hoping the selling would be able to send today or tomorrow.

If their dispatch is listed as 2 working days following cleared payment would that mean that they really should send by tomorrow night?

I normally wouldn't mind but i am going away on holiday and need this pushchair by monday really for my holiday.

The seller just replied that she didn't expect it to sell so soon (it was on BIN) and is not really available to wait in for courier til Monday. She has offered free p&p i have suggested couriers where you can book up to 1pm or use parcelforce.

Hmm, she should really send it by tomorrow, and she should have considered it may sell sooner than she thought.

I'd email her and say (nicely) if you don't receive it by Monday then you'd like a refund/cancel the transaction.

Thank you thats what i was thinking, dh not happy that we won't have a proper pushchair on hols, so i am going to email and say if not dispatched by tomorrow i will need a refund so i can buy one somewhere else. frustrating.

Well I would say she has until monday. If you purchased it on wednesday night, then 2 working days would take her until friday night. Obviously she can't post on friday night, sat and sun aren't working days, which means she has until Monday to post it.

she says it should be collected on Friday so fingers crossed it arrives by tuesday as we go away first thing wednesday for a week!

grr so annoyed heard nothing from seller about pushchair whether it was picked up yesterday or not. she knows im going away next week, im worried that it will turn up whilst im away now and then what? also would just have appreciated a bit of communication. i appreciate she has no control over the weather but why not just tell me. i have so learnt my lesson not to buy anything expensive on ebay again. i've had to buy a cheapy buggy now to see me through my holiday. i want her to contact me so i can give her an alternative address.
