Won item nearly two weeks ago, two emails ignored - time for dispute?

I won a dress last Weds (14), haven't had it but also haven't had any reply to the two emails I've sent (early last week, and Fri).

It is so frustrating - am going away today and wanted to wear it!

Seller has good feedback for the last year, but two early negs for item not arriving.

Should I send a final warning email or just start a dispute? And what about leave neg feedback?

yup, open a dispute - it may prompt her to reply to you at least.
