I've just been told that Ebay are allowing used nappies to be sold again, is this true?

I've just had a quick search for nappies in used condition and a few came up, for example, this one came up.
cgi.ebay.co.uk/Reusable-Bum-Genius-Cloth-Real-Nappies_W0QQitemZ280306151036QQcmdZViewIte mQQptZUKBabyBabyChangingNappiesLE?hash=item280306151036&trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A129 8%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

I've a load to sell you see and i wouldn't mind putting them on ebay, although of course i could just try to sell them on here first i suppose.

Anyone have any info?

I sold my used one on ebay a few months back - though didn't say they were used - however I also din't say they were new and kind of implied they were used - sole them no problem

When they bnned them, an enterprising woman started a great site called Usednappies.co. uk or something like that. She did it on exactly the same format as eBay and its very successful. I be eBay looked at it and thought "Damn we are missing that market!"

I emailed them a while ago, asking why they allowed second hand cot mattresses, and car seats fgs, when both are regarded as unsafe - if they banned used nappies? They mailed back that they didn't allow used underwear, which was a ridiculous answer. Glad they've changed back, and still think used car seats shouldn't be sold there.

Really? Excellent. I had a listing removed about 18m ago I think. Might try again now.
Thanks

That listing has been removed and the help page still says no.

There's also here

You can't advertise used nappies on ebay, but some people manage to get round it by not clicking 'used' on the condition bit of the listing, but then making it clear in the text, then hoping no one notices except kind, honest buyers!

I couldn't be bothered, personally, and have gone for other ways of selling nappies!

i had a listing removed for baby wraps and they said it was adult material and

'You're not allowed to list erotica or sexually oriented materials on eBay''

i e-mailed them to say i was really offended, it did upset me a bit.
