Help, advice needed, parcel to Malta!

which is the best way to send a parcel to malta,

weight, about 350g, size of a small box of chocs,

is there anything i need to consider?

who is the best carrier for the job?

Small packet by royal mail. Will cost £3-£4 and take 3-5 days. Just take it to the post office (and try not to eat it on the way!).
