Sold a pick up only item on 19th Dec through BIN.

Buyer paid with Paypal.

Arranged for them to collect on the Sunday - an hour after they were due to arrive they emailed to say they're car wouldn't start & could I deliver (they were a 2 hour drive each way) to which I said no, they asked if I could post it, again to which I said no (auction clearly stated pick up only)

Since then I haven't heard a bean dispite emailing them on several occassions asking them if they still wanted the item.

It was £20 so whilst we're not talking mega money it's still a fair bit to pay & then not bother collecting.

They have 0 feedback.

All very

So WDIDN??

Can I relist??

Bumping for you.

Call the Ebay helpline....

I've won a couple of things I've paid for and then not collected (usually because I didn't think through how I was going to pick up)

Sounds like they don't want it anymore.

You can ask them to fill out an online agreement where you both agree not to go through with the sale (a mutual something or other....sorry, can't remember the correct name) This will mean you get your listing and fv fees refunded by ebay.

Be careful of refunding them before getting this filled out, because they could leave you neg feedback.(even if you refund them via Paypal)

Oh, you can get their phone number from ebay, maybe ringing them up would be better than emailing?

I had a similar situation phoned the buyer up and we agreed that I would relist and they would get refunded the final amount minus my listing and final value fees (both sets).

I requested their details but no contact number on file....hhhhmmmmmm
