Am I allowed to ask what a reserve price is?

I'm interested in pram/ travel system that has no bids on at the moment, but a starting price of £100 and it says 'reserve not met'.

Basically, I'm really interested in getting it, but want to know what the minimum I could get it for is iyswim, as there's a similar item (pram but no carseat) ending sooner and I want to weigh up which one is worth bidding on!

Am I allowed to email the seller and ask what the reserve is, or is that bad practice?

TIA!

You can def e-mail and ask. They might not tell you though.
You could also ask if they have a buy it now price maybe.
