Query about an item not recieved yet after 2 weeks?

I won and paid for a photo album on the 18th December (2 weeks ago) and haven't recieved it yet.

Is it too soon to email the seller to politly ask if it's been sent out yet? I have allowed time for Christmas and New Year but don't think even with that it should take this long?

Am i just being unrealistic or what?

I sent a polite email yesterday asking if it has been sent and am waiting for a reply.

I haven't had any response from the seller. Mail just came and it's not arrived. On average, what is considered a long time for an item when it's being sent within the UK?
