I listed something for sale. Added a cheap BIN and some idiot clicks the BIN and then asks questions about the item afterwards.
We are polite and answer but after about the third question dh explains that they should have asked all questions prior to buying the item.
So they tell us to relist it as we didnt answer their questions before they bought it.

I mean....what?????
Our feedback is 100% over 500 transactions. Surely its not us being stupid here

Well tbh I answered saying that it was untrue about us not answering questions as I have been on the computer all day and have answered any quests. within miniutes of them coming through. I can see that they clicked BIN and then thought about it afterwards.
I filed with ebay that they didnt want to complete the transaction but I hope we dont get left with bad feedback. I mean its hardly our fault.

Have they paid? If not once the 7 days have past you can open a NPB dispute.

Aside from that I'm not sure there's much you can do - stoopid eejits.

no payment recieved from them just a load of rubbish.
I have filed one of those things where they have chosen not to buy the item because they no longer want it.

set your BINs to require immediate payment, might make them think twice!

yes thats my supidity that I didnt. Anyways I relisted it and someone did the bin again and paid immediately this time. Phew.
