i had some feedback from a buyer today for some shoes. she said postage unecessarily high. this is fair comment - i don't sell much on ebay but guess i should get things weighed before - just wrked it out and it was £1.39 too much - shall i just refud onto her paypal account??

not if you told her how much postage was beforehand!! everyone does it, it gives you a little extra profit. you also had to physically go and post the item. i certainly would not.

i'm sure i've bought things from ebay that have cost alot extra in postage than £1.39. i didn't want to make profit on the postage anyway, just wanted to not make a loss as in the past i have underestimated postage. sorry, seems silly starting a thread on this! lol

Thats a little high but certinally not excessive. If she's left you feedback then no don't refund her, she should have had the courteousy to contact you about it first, the maybe you may have considered giving some back.

SleighGirl · 04/12/2008 17:07

if she has already left feedback she can't change so don't refund her. it is for postage & PACKING!!!!!!!!!
