Is this a big no no?

Someone who won my auction on sunday has still not paid or made contact despite me sending her an invoice afterwards and an email today. She has received 3 feedbacks since she won my item saying she was an 'instant payer'.

I really can't be bothered to mess around going through the "dispute" faff, would it be a big no no to relist the item now and just take it off if/when she pays? therefore if she has no intention of paying at least the next auction will be in full swing again without too much time wasted?

I know I'm an impatient mare but I have a huge phonebill just come in and...well...patience has never been my strong point basically!

This has just happened to me as well. I am fairly new to selling on ebay so don't know what the etiquette is on how long to wait for someone to get off their backside and pay up!

ermm yes it is a big no-no - she has 7 days to pay before you can open a dispute - so you should give her 7 days.

It was only Sunday!

you have to give them at least 10 days. i know it's annoying

My recent non-payer was the same. I sent 2 invoices then an email asking if they were still interested in buying my item. No reply to any of it. I opened a disput and she'd paid within 24hrs. That was on Monday and I still haven't actually had any contact from the buyer but I've had the payment and her item has been sent.

If you re-list the item I don't think you'll get the fees reversed from the first auction so you'll end up being charged for it twice if it sells the second time.

I'm afraid it is a big no-no.

You have to give them 7 working days in which to pay, if she still hasn't paid after that you can relist.

If you were to relist now the buyer could open a NPS claim against you.
