Me again stupid question... Buyer says shes paid but I cant find it anywhere!

I sold my buggysnuggle for £21 it says she has paid but I cant find it on Paypal, internet banking or email confirmation.

What do I do help!

when did she pay? How did she pay.

ask her to forward the email she would have got saying she has paid.

She said she will and paid by paypal on 1st December.

maybe it takes a couple of days to go into paypal? I know it takes a few to make it to your bank account. I'd say don't do anything until you have evidence that she has.

I have sent her another email just staiting that I have not recieved payment and will go into my bank to see if they can tell me anything.

Would you happen to know if the money goes into my bank account or a paypal account.

When I pay it comes straight out of my account.

If she paid by Paypal she will have had an email saying "Dear [her real name], This email confirms that you, [her eBay username], have paid [your email address] [however much it was] using PayPal." and specifies the transaction ID. If she doesn't have that, then she didn't pay you. If she's deleted the email, then she can find the transaction ID from her History screen on Paypal.

She may have started to pay you but got distracted before she completed the payment (the sort of thing I'd do).

I think it hits your paypal account then goes into your bank.

Just a thought, on your listing have you spelt your paypal email address correctly, I once missed a letter out of mine on one of my listings and the buyers payment automatically went to the wrong email address, of cause it was left unclaimed as no such email address existed. I had to ask her to resend it to the correct email address.
All payments buyers make to me stay in my paypal account until I transfer it all to my bank account, it's not automatically sent to my bank.

Ask her to check what it says on her paypal next to this transaction it may not say completed and be pending or unclaimed even if she thinks it's been sent!

What does it say in Paypal? If it says she has paid, the she has. If there is no payment from her, then she hasnt paid. Simple really. Paypal payments are instant, it shows up as soon as the buyer sends it.
