Non-paying bidder

I opened a NPB case against a buyer yesterday. They have now paid but made no contact with me and it's not showing on my ebay account. I just had an email from Paypal to say that I'd received payment. Shall I just send the item out and mark the item as payment received? I think it's a bit odd that the buyer hasn't added a note to say why they've been ignoring me for a week but then pays up immediately when ebay get involved.

So they are rude. What's new? You have a choice, you can choose not to continue the transaction and state on your dispute you don't want to wait any longer and then the transaction will be cancelled (this stops them putting horrible feedback about you) AND refund their money through Paypal.

Or send the thing and forget about it. They may be a complete newbie or have been sick/stupid for the last seven days.

As they have paid, they could pull a non-performing seller dispute on her if she refunds!

I would post the item & then forget about it.

Sadly there are many rude/ignorant/dumb eejits on Ebay!

I've sent the item now. Ebay account is still showing no payment but the money is in my paypal account. I haven't left feedback yet though.
